This is the third of three barcodes that adds a

carriage return (Enter) key to the end of a scan. This

tells the scanner that the Enter key should be used.

After scanning, you should hear a two-tone 4 beep

sequence.

This barcode enables the GS1 DataBar Limited

barcode which is found on some medication

packaging. After scanning, you should hear a two-

tone 4 beep sequence.

This barcode enables the Matrix 2 of 5 barcode

which is found on some medication packaging. After

scanning, you should hear a two-tone 4 beep

sequence.

This barcode sets the USB polling interval to 1 msec.

After scanning, you should hear a two-tone 4 beep

sequence. Wait 3 seconds. You’ll then hear the

initialization 3 beep code. At this point, the barcode

scanner is available for Kit Check.
