If EADS is not enabled, one of the following occurs, depending on the type of EAS broadcast:

• You hear a two-tone attention signal.

• A pop-up message appears on your TV screen to advise you of what type

of emergency has occurred and the channel you should tune for more

information.

• The RG2200 automatically tunes your TV to the channel that is broad-

casting the EAS message.

For national and required monthly testing alerts, the RG2200 automatically

tunes the TV to the EADS channel.
