Motorola Phone Tools 121
Ruler
The entire strip (the ruler) represents the duration of the selected sound
file. A selected extract is located inbetween the two selection cursors.
Melody Files screen
The Melody Files screen (located in the center of the window) enables you
to select melody files stored on your computer in order to play and/or copy
them to your mobile phone.
It contains the following tabs:
• Samples: This tab includes a set of sounds supplied by the appli-
cation (other sound files cannot be added).
• My Music: In this tab you can specify the local path to the folder in
which the selected extracts are to be saved.
• My PC: In this tab you can select and open music files stored on
your PC.
• My CD: In this tab you can select and open music files stored on
the CD in your CD-ROM drive.
• My Phone: In this tab you can select and open music files stored
on your mobile phone.
When you click a file, information about it is displayed in the Preview
screen, and the corresponding score is displayed in the Selection screen.
Preview screen
The Preview screen, located on the right side of the main window, displays
information concerning the selected sound file.
